	Ordering: If you are a customer and would like to order individual leashes or collars, please go to our order page. If you are a retail business and would like to purchase our products for your store, please go to our wholesale page. Shipping: We ship everything first class through the US Postal Service. Each order is charged a flat fee $5.00 rate for shipping and handling Orders are shipped twice per week. Privacy: Your credit card and personal information is safe and protected when you place an order here. Our site uses SSL technology, encrypting all personal information sent across the Internet. Customer information is used only for fulfilling your order and maintaining your account. We will never share your e-mail address for any reason. We do not share your personal information with any outside parties - ever. Refunds & Returns: We know that you will be satisfied and pleased with your purchases. However, if you are dissatisfied, for any reason, we will gladly refund or exchange any item within 30 days of your delivery. Refunds will be promptly issued by check once we receive your returned items.
